Good Morning, Just wanted to let you know I received the two SKS gas valves I ordered recently, installed the first one in my friend’s SKS and the difference is incredible. You can always judge how well an SKS is working by how far it ejects the spent cases. It went from hardly ever cycling correctly, to ejecting the cases consistently 8 to 10 feet away. Bottom line is it works great. I will be installing the second valve in my own SKS this weekend and giving it a test drive. Thanks for a great product. Sincerely.

Got my barreled receiver back Friday, shot 160 rounds Sunday and no popped primers. I actually used my original SKS firing pin, scared to ruin your firing pin. While it’s too early to Know all is well I feel comfortable enough to install your firing pin for the next range visit. Thank you Ben for making my SKS safe to use again and for the quick turn around. Kind regards.
I sent in my sks to fix it’s popped primer problem. It would only shot 3-5 rounds before it popped one. Once it blew the firing pin out of the bolt. Your staff did the ream and grind to fix the problem. When I got it back I went to the range and put 200 rounds thru it. NO POPPED PRIMERS. I also had the bolt reworked to accept mags, this was also successful. GREAT WORK, THANKS!
I got my AR upper from UPS yesterday. Just got back from the range and it fires great with 4 different types of ammo including some questionable reloads that didn’t seat completely in my Wilson case gauge. This thing eats up everything like Jethro Bodine. Many thanks.
Mr Murray, I have taken out my Yugo SKS that I sent to you a couple months ago for your full meal deal treatment, and I have to hand it to you, IT IS EXCELLENT! I shot the same OLD Crappy ammo that I was using when it messed up on me, and it did GREAT ! Absolutely NO issues at all. Accuracy was great-we were hitting 8 inch plates at 100 yds very regularly, even guys
who had never shot a SKS at all, let alone this one. Ran about 250rds through it that afternoon (last Saturday) and it did just great! Thank you very much!
I got the gas valve today, the rifle functions perfectly now. Thanks!
Hi Ben, I finally got to finish shooting my SKS and I owe you a posting in the forums. I’ll get to that tonight. I was able to run about 60 rounds through on two trips to the range and everything is perfect. The spring is undamaged and I can see a clear ring where you ground down the volcano lip on the firing pin block. In the past, the spring was ruined after less than 10 shots, so I’m counting the SKS as fixed. Thank you and I’ll post in the forms soon.
Hey, Ben, I just got back from a great afternoon at the range with my paratrooper that you worked on. I am happy to say that it ran perfectly with the same lot of ammo that had previously given me multiple popped primers. Today there were none. I inspected every spent casing. It was quite cold out there, even in Southern California, and we were bundled up. I just wish I had brought my wool cap.
Ben, Just to let you know the results of the work you did on my SKS bolt and barrel. (Firing pin kit and Throat job). A trip to the range yesterday was very good. Fired one 20 rnd box each of Tula, Wolf, WPA performance, WPA military classic, Brown Bear, Gold Bear and Red Army ammo with no popped primers, jams or issues of any kind. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to participate in this initial offering to correct problems the SKS has with popped primers.
You returned my Russian SKS to me awhile back after doing a chamber ream on it. I was plagued with pierced primers since I got the rifle. I finally had a chance to take it to the range today and after running over 100 rounds of Wolf ammo through it, not one pierced primer. All fired cases had no flattened primers and looked normal. Accuracy was not affected. This has
definitely solved my pierced primer issue and will definitely spread the word about this service you offer. Thank you for taking me as a beta tester and I can tell you that this worked great for me.
